Disclaimer: For all braid styles hair must come washed blow dried, detangled and free of any hair products. If you would like to include a wash. Must be mentioned in original booking to allow proper timing!
For any natural hair styles wash, blow dry and trim is included in price. Hair must be completely ready to wash.
Attention All Clients.

Please do not lean in the chair. A upright straight posture keeps all parts equal, straight and consistent.

Cell Phones can be a distraction so please keep phone calls to a minimum.

If you arrive early for your appointment and I have not arrived please don’t not come in until your appointment start time. For the privacy of others before you.

All Venmo or cash app transactions must to be paid soon as service is completed. Not when you get home. Not when you get to your car.

Kids who are being serviced needs to sit alone. No parents holding hands. This is how I train the kids to sit durning the session. No phones or IPads while being serviced.

Inspiration photos are welcomed, again Trust your Stylist!

I will take after photos of your hair. Yet, You have the right to decline if you do want me to post your pics online.

No bad vibes or energy allowed.

Please do not bring extra guest with you if they are not being serviced.

Take down fees apply to all if you are not washed and ready.

Please come washed and free or all and any products. If your service comes with a wash, relax and enjoy!

Anything over 5 mins late is considered LATE.

I do not take down anyones else work or correct anyone else’s work.

Cancellations done day of appointment will be charged 50% of service amount or a new appointment is NOT allowed in the future.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
